After graduating from university, I spent 10 years working with a J.League club and 4 years at the Japan Football Association (JFA), where I immersed myself in the world of professional football and gained invaluable experience.
During my time there, I had the opportunity to be part of a team that not only competed in the J.League but also participated in international tournaments across various continents and on the world stage.
Through these experiences, I gained insights and knowledge that I believe are closely aligned with what professional football coaches and players themselves have felt and learned.

2011 The U-18 Thailand National Team vs. U-18 Japan National Team match was held in Bangkok, Thailand. Our representative, Soeda, attended this match as the team administrator for the Japan National Team during his time at the Japan Football Association (JFA). On that day, the most outstanding player on the field was not a towering figure but a small, dynamic player from the U-18 Thailand team, barely reaching 160 cm in height — so small that, from a distance, one might have mistaken him for an elementary school student. “I want to bring this player to the J.League if I ever become an agent.” That vivid image from the match is still etched in Soeta’s mind. Fast forward about six years — through our company’s efforts, that very player crossed the ocean and made his J1 League debut in the summer of 2017. That player was Chanathip Songkrasin. It was a historic moment when, for the first time ever, a Thai player took to the field in the J1 League. Turning zero into one requires immense effort, but the joy that follows is beyond measure. We continue to pour our passion and energy into creating such opportunities.
Another unforgettable story comes to mind. A player who was nurtured in the Vissel Kobe Academy and promoted to the top team. However, after his promotion, he was repeatedly loaned out to other clubs, and eventually, his contract ended with a JFL (4th division equivalent) club. At that point, he made the bold decision to take on a new challenge in Thailand. While steadily playing for Chiangrai United FC, he found himself standing on the grand stage of the AFC Champions League. In the opening match of the ACL, fate brought him face-to-face with Vissel Kobe — the club that had nurtured him. Had he chosen to continue his career solely in Japan, such a remarkable encounter would never have occurred.
